Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy — The Human Shift 2025

​"The Human Shift" is an event organized by Human 4 Human Consulting.​

​This document is intended to clarify the terms and conditions related to the ticket refund for the above mentioned event.

1. Event date and location: November 20, 2025 — Oradea, Romania​​

2. Refunds

   • Up to 30 days before event: 100% refund to original payment method

   • 30–14 days before event: 50% refund

   • Under 14 days: no refunds​​​

3. Ticket transfers

   • Free name change up to 48 hours before the event. Email us with order ID, old and new attendee details.​​​​

4. Event changes/cancellation

   • If we cancel, full refund. If we reschedule, tickets remain valid or you can request a refund.​​​

6. Processing time

   • Refunds are initiated within 5 business days; bank timelines may vary.
