This document is intended to clarify the terms and conditions related to the ticket refund for the above mentioned event.

Up to 30 days before event: 100% refund to original payment method

30–14 days before event: 50% refund

Under 14 days: no refunds

Ticket transfers

Free name change up to 48 hours before the event. Email us with order ID, old and new attendee details.

Event changes/cancellation

If we cancel, full refund. If we reschedule, tickets remain valid or you can request a refund.
