What if this coming year you could have your team achieving that level of results they never dreamed of?
What if they’d work together towards that common vision, and goals, without personal friction, where conflict is that positive and welcome activity that improves everyone’s perspectives?
What if you could attract the best talents to your team, and nobody would leave, unless going to a higher level?
As an ideal situation as it may appear to be, everything is possible: it will only depend on you, as the manager or leader of that team.
But to move in this direction you have to do different things. You cannot expect better results by doing the same actions over and over again.
This time of the year is the most appropriate one to reflect on what we have done, where we are, where we want to go, and which steps to take to get there.
How much have you accomplished versus what you wanted?
Are you on track, or off track, to your long term goal?
What do you need to change to bring your team closer to that ideal scenario you have in mind?
Now it’s the moment to ask ourselves all these questions, and to create our personal plan, the map we would like to follow in 2022, that will get us closer of our vision.
Take your time.
Be specific.
Write down specific actions you want to take this coming year.
For you. For your team. For your organization.
Feed your mind with good reading.
Commit to translate that mental exercise into an actionable plan.
Remember:
Your team will not grow beyond your personal growth as a Leader.
How will you best serve THEM, your organization, and your Customers in 2022?
Now it’s the moment to slow down, reflect, plan, and commit.
We wish you a Merry Christmas, and a Happy and Prosperous New Year.
